FINCAS EXTREMEÑAS S.L.U. and QUERCUS SUBER S.A. are the clear example of how small companies from their beginnings to nowadays, made by themselves, have being updated and adapted to the construction sector necessities, more and more complex and competitive.

QUERCUS SUBER S.A. born in November 1989 and FINCAS EXTREMEÑAS S.L.U. born in June 1998, opening their first offices in the toledan locality of Navahermosa, and moving after, in 2005 to their new offices in Toledo.

Our main business purpose is the promotion and construction of apartments, terraced houses, garages, and premises for its sale with a suitable quality-price relation.

In the last years, we have dedicated special attention to the ground acquisition, development and management of plans of city-planning performance, and later commercialization of our projects, in expansion areas of Spanish peninsula and Baleares.
