Description

CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE

  • Foundation: reinforced concrete slab
  • Structure: reinforced concrete columns and forged steel beams.

BRICKWORKS

  • Division between apartments: half-feet perforated brick fabric.
  • Plaster false-ceiling in kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Internal partition: carried out with 5 cm. thick double hollow brick.
  • External enclosing: half-feet perforated brick fabric, 3 cm. thick air chamber with injected polyurethane thermal isolation and 5 cm. thick double hollow brick fabric.

FLOORINGS AND TILING

  • First quality ceramic tiles pavement throughout the property.
  • First quality national marble flouring on common stairs and doorway.
  • In the kitchen and bathrooms, walls covered by first quality ceramic tiles.

REVETMENTS

  • Facade: single layer of mortar. Up to first floor sandstone plaques.
  • Inner painting in smooth plastic for walls and ceilings.

CARPENTRY

  • Exterior carpentry made of lacquered aluminium.
  • Interior carpentry of coloured varnished wood.
  • Aluminium roller blind in every room.

INSTALLATIONS

  • White porcelain vitrified bathroom fittings with single lever faucets.
  • Cold and hot water distribution network in accordance with current regulations, copper pipes.
  • Residual waters network installations with PVC tubing, in accordance with current regulations.
  • T.V. and telephone plugs. Telecommunications installations in accordance with current regulations.
  • The car access to the basement is trough a service lift.
  • Four lifts, one for each common door way.

KITCHEN

  • Kitchen fitted with furniture, cabinets and counter tops, stainless steel sink, glass-ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven and microwaves.
